  • Go north on I-83 to junction with I-283.
  • Go south on I-283 to junction with PA-283.
  • Go east on PA-283.
  • Take access ramp to PA-72 (Manheim Pike).
  • Turn right on Manheim Pike.
  • Continue on Manheim Pike just past the Dillerville road intersection.
  • Manheim Pike will bend to the left.
  • As the road bends left stay straight on side street.
  • ERC is the brick building on the right.
